On Saturday, September 26th The Salvation Army held
it's 27th Annual Shoe-In For Kids at the Hope Center.
Approximately
2,800 kids registered for this year’s program
and they were selected by their school counselors from
262 elementary schools in Bexar County.
This year we had 29% more families register for our
Shoe-In Program, which resulted in a jump of 23% of
children needing new shoes.
